# Ingredients:

01 - 12 oz pasta made from whole wheat.
02 - 1 pound of chicken breast, chopped small.
03 - 2 tbsp olive oil.
04 - 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped.
05 - 1 cup creamy ricotta.
06 - 1/2 cup Parmesan, freshly grated.
07 - 1/2 cup broth from chicken.
08 - 1/2 cup heavy cream (optional addition).
09 - 1 tsp seasoning with Italian herbs.
10 - 1/4 tsp crushed red chili flakes.
11 - 2 cups of spinach or kale, your choice.
12 - Fresh herbs like parsley or basil.

# Steps:

01 - Boil pasta until cooked but still firm. Save 1/2 cup of water before draining.
02 - Season and cook the chicken in oil for 6-8 minutes until browned.
03 - Sauté garlic, then mix in both cheeses, broth, cream, and seasonings. Stir till smooth.
04 - Toss the chicken and pasta into the sauce. Add some saved water if needed. Mix in greens and stir till wilted.
