Chicken and Pepperoni Pizza Melts (Print Format)

Grilled chicken, pepperoni, melty mozzarella, and pizza sauce wrapped in crispy tortillas for a hearty meal.

01 - 3 frozen chicken burger patties
02 - 3 large protein tortilla wraps
03 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 1/2 cup pizza sauce
05 - 18 slices of pepperoni

# Steps:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken patties and cook for approximately 6 minutes, then flip to cook the other side. Continue cooking until the patties reach an internal temperature of at least 165°F.
02 - Remove the chicken patties from the skillet and transfer them to a cutting board. Cut each patty into 6 strips.
03 - Lay out the tortillas and divide half of the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly, sprinkling it down the center of each tortilla. Place 6 strips of chicken on top of the cheese on each tortilla, then spoon the pizza sauce over the chicken. Add 6 pepperoni slices on top of the sauce for each tortilla. Sprinkle the remaining shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
04 - Fold up the sides of the tortillas to cover the filling.
05 - Heat a large skillet over medium-low heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook until the bottom is well browned, then flip and brown the other side. Continue cooking until both sides are browned, and the cheese is fully melted. This process takes around 5 minutes per side.
06 - Transfer the wraps to a cutting board and slice each in half if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy.
