# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
02 - 1 pound ground turkey
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 2 inches ginger, grated
05 - 1/4 cup sambal chili paste
06 - 2 tablespoons honey
07 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
08 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
09 - 1 tablespoon fish sauce
10 - 1 cup chopped green beans
11 - 1 cup chopped basil (about a bunch)
12 - 16 pasta shells, cooked al dente
13 - 1 can coconut milk
14 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
15 - 2 tablespoons sambal chili paste
16 - 3 slices provolone cheese

# Steps:

01 - Heat a large frying pan with olive oil and cook the turkey until fully browned. Add garlic and ginger, cook for 2 minutes, and mix in chili paste, honey, vinegar, soy sauce, fish sauce, and green beans. Stir occasionally for about 5 minutes, then fold in basil. Remove from heat.
02 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
03 - Once the turkey mixture has cooled slightly, stuff the pasta shells with as much filling as possible. Arrange tightly in a baking dish.
04 - In a measuring cup, mix coconut milk with soy sauce and sambal chili paste until combined.
05 - Evenly distribute torn pieces of provolone cheese over the stuffed shells. Pour the coconut mixture over the shells until the liquid reaches three-quarters of the way up.
06 - Bake for 25 minutes until the cheese is fully melted, the sauce is bubbling, and the edges are golden brown. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
