15 - 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
16 - Sesame seeds for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Slice chicken into thin strips, toss with 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 teaspoon cornstarch. Let marinate for 5-10 minutes.

07 - Stir-fry cabbage, carrots, and green onions for 2-3 minutes until slightly wilted but still crisp.
08 - Add cooked chicken back to the wok, pour the sauce over, and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes to coat all ingredients. Add optional snow peas or chili garlic sauce if desired.
09 - Remove from heat, garnish with sesame seeds or peanuts if desired, and serve immediately.

# Tips:

01 - Pre-slice and marinate ingredients beforehand for quicker preparation.
02 - Ensure the pan is hot enough to prevent sogginess and maintain crisp textures.
