Chocolate Chip Cookie Bombs (Print Format)

Chewy chocolate chip cookie bombs filled with melty chocolate and sweet maple, made with almond and oat flour.

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 1 cup oat flour (120 g)
02 - 1 cup almond flour (96 g)
03 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda (2.5 g)
04 - 1/4 teaspoon salt (1.5 g)

→ Wet Ingredients

05 - 1/2 cup almond butter (125 g)
06 - 1/4 cup olive oil (60 ml)
07 - 1/2 cup maple syrup (120 g)
08 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5 g)

→ Add-ins

09 - 1 cup chocolate chips (170 g)

# Steps:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together and stir until well combined.
03 - Gently fold in the chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
04 - Scoop out portions of dough about 1/2 cup in size, roll each into balls, and coat generously with additional chocolate chips in a separate bowl.
05 - Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
06 - Remove the cookie bombs from the oven, let them cool, and enjoy!
