No-Bake Chocolate Eclair (Print Format)

A no-fuss dessert layered with graham crackers, pudding, and chocolate topping. Sweet, creamy, and just like an eclair.

# Ingredients:

→ Pudding Layer

01 - 1 box of graham crackers
02 - 3 cups of cold milk
03 - 2 packs (3.4 oz each) of instant vanilla pudding
04 - 1 (8 oz) tub of whipped topping, softened

→ Chocolate Frosting

05 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
06 - 3 tablespoons of milk
07 - 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
08 - 1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa
09 - 1 cup powdered sugar

# Steps:

01 - Mix pudding powder with cold milk till it thickens. Gently mix in whipped topping until smooth.
02 - In a 9x13-inch pan, start with a layer of graham crackers, then spread half the pudding mix. Add another cracker layer, the rest of the pudding, and finish with crackers.
03 - Combine cocoa powder and powdered sugar in a bowl. Mix in melted butter, milk, and vanilla till creamy and spreadable.
04 - Smooth the frosting over the top crackers. Cover and let chill for at least four hours or overnight.

01 - Soft layers happen when left in the fridge overnight.
02 - Try chocolate or butterscotch pudding for a twist.
03 - Make frosting thinner by adding a splash more milk.
