# Ingredients:

01 - 2 lbs potatoes, chopped into bite-sized pieces (e.g. Yukon Golds)
02 - 1-2 tbsp olive oil
03 - 1-2 tsp Onion Butter Seasoning, Paprika, and Black Pepper (as needed)

→ For the Chopped Cheese

04 - 1 tbsp olive oil
05 - 1 yellow onion, diced
06 - 1 tsp garlic powder
07 - 1 tsp onion powder
08 - 1 tsp black pepper
09 - 1 tsp Kinder's Buttery Burger Blend seasoning
10 - 6-8 slices American cheese, white or yellow

11 - Shredded lettuce
12 - Diced tomatoes
13 - Ketchup
14 - Mayonnaise

# Steps:

01 - Toss the chopped potatoes with olive oil and seasonings to coat evenly. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
02 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the diced onion for 5 minutes, then add ground beef and season with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and Kinder's Buttery Burger Blend seasoning. Cook until the beef is browned, stirring occasionally, then drain excess grease.
03 - Lay slices of American cheese over the cooked ground beef in the skillet and let them melt.
04 - Place the crispy air-fried potatoes in individual bowls. Top with the cheesy ground beef mixture, then garnish with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, ketchup, and mayonnaise.
