# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 tube Pillsbury biscuits (8 count)
03 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 1 small onion, chopped
05 - Seasoning to taste (e.g., Montreal Steak seasoning)

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a glass or ceramic baking dish (7x9 or 9x11 works). Separate the biscuits in half. Line the bottom halves into the dish and set the top halves aside. Bake for 5 minutes to begin cooking.
02 - Sauté chopped onion with a little oil in a medium pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes, or until softened. Add ground beef, chop and cook thoroughly until browned, then drain excess grease.
03 - Season the cooked beef mixture with salt, pepper, garlic powder, or any preferred spices. Montreal Steak seasoning is recommended.
04 - Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly over the baked biscuit bottoms. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef. Place the uncooked biscuit tops directly over the cheese.
05 - Return the dish to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the biscuit tops are golden brown. Serve alone or with cheeseburger condiments and toppings of choice.

# Tips:

01 - Ensure the biscuits are baked partially before layering to prevent sogginess.
02 - Customize the seasoning to suit personal taste preferences.
