# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
02 - ¾ cup granulated sugar
03 - 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
04 - ½ teaspoon baking soda
05 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
06 - ½ teaspoon salt
07 - 2 large eggs
08 - 1 cup buttermilk
09 - ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
10 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

→ For the Cinnamon Sugar Topping

11 - ½ cup granulated sugar
12 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
13 - ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

# Steps:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
03 - In another bowl, whisk together eggs, buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
04 - Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined. Don’t overmix!
05 - Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
06 - Let the bread cool for 10 minutes in the pan before transferring it to a wire rack. Brush the top with melted butter and sprinkle or roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
