Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites (Print Format)

Soft, golden bites swirled in cinnamon sugar—quick to make and perfect for breakfast, snacking, or dessert.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
02 - ½ cup granulated sugar
03 - 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
04 - ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

→ Optional glaze

05 - ½ cup powdered sugar
06 - 1–2 tablespoons milk
07 - ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

# Steps:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
02 - Open the can of biscuits and separate them. Cut each biscuit into four equal pieces to create bite-sized portions.
03 - In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar and cinnamon. Stir well to evenly blend the mixture.
04 - Dip each biscuit piece into the melted butter, then roll it in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully coated. Place the coated pieces evenly on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them to expand.
05 - Bake in the oven for 10–12 minutes until the pieces are puffed up and golden brown.
06 - To add a glaze, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over the warm bites before serving.

# Tips:

01 - Use air fryer as an alternative by cooking them at 350°F for 6–8 minutes.
02 - Try different coatings like pumpkin spice or a cocoa-sugar blend for variations.
03 - Serve warm for the best texture and flavor.
