# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1 small onion, chopped
03 - 1 clove garlic, minced
04 - ¼ cup ketchup
05 - 1 tbsp yellow mustard
06 - Salt and pepper to taste
07 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
08 - 1 cup milk
09 - ½ cup Bisquick or baking mix
10 - 2 eggs

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
