In a large bowl, combine 1 cup sweet corn, 3 boiled and mashed potatoes, 1/2 finely chopped onion, 1/2 finely chopped capsicum, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1 finely chopped green chili, and 2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander. Add 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes, 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese, 2 tablespoons bread crumbs, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Mix thoroughly to form a smooth dough.

In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons corn flour, 2 tablespoons maida, 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 cup water. Stir well to remove lumps.

Pinch a small portion of the dough and flatten it slightly. Place a mozzarella cheese ball in the center and secure the edges, rolling it into a smooth ball.

Dip the formed balls in the prepared slurry, then roll them in panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.

Freeze the coated balls for 20 minutes to prevent cheese from melting during frying.

Deep fry the cheese balls in hot oil over medium flame, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and crisp.
