# Ingredients:

→ Seafood

01 - 1 cluster snow crab or king crab legs
02 - 200g peeled and deveined shrimp

→ Vegetables

03 - 1 cup broccoli florets
04 - 1 small corn on the cob, cut into pieces
05 - 1 to 2 small potatoes, halved

→ Garlic butter boil sauce

06 - 4 tbsp butter
07 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
08 - 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
09 - 1 tsp paprika
10 - ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
11 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
12 - 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
13 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Steps:

01 - Boil potatoes for 10 to 12 minutes until nearly tender. Add corn and broccoli during the last 3 to 4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
02 - Steam or boil crab legs for 5 to 6 minutes; if pre-cooked, heat through only. In a pan, cook shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes until pink, then remove.
03 - Melt butter in a large pan. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Stir in Cajun seasoning, paprika, and optional chili flakes. Add lemon juice and hot sauce; mix well.
04 - Add crab legs, shrimp, potatoes, corn, and broccoli to the sauce. Toss thoroughly to coat. Cook together for 2 to 3 minutes to blend flavors.
05 - Serve in a tray or pan, garnished with lemon wedges and sprinkled parsley for color.

# Tips:

01 - For best flavor infusion, allow the combined ingredients to cook briefly in the sauce.
