Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook pasta until tender, then drain and cool.

In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper, then drain well.

Reduce skillet to low heat and add cream cheese. Mix well using a meat masher or sturdy spoon.

Stir in parmesan cheese and half of the shredded cheddar cheese until lightly melted. Remove skillet from heat.

Stuff cooked shells with the beef and cheese mixture. Arrange in a single layer in a 9 x 13-inch or larger baking dish. Use an additional dish if needed.

Spread spaghetti sauce over the stuffed shells and cover with foil. Bake for 40-45 minutes until the shells are warmed through.

Uncover the dish and sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly on top. Return to the oven for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and lightly browned. Serve warm and enjoy.
