# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature + 1 tablespoon if needed
02 - 1 tablespoon butter, softened
03 - 4 cups powdered sugar
04 - 1/2 teaspoon mint extract

→ Coloring

05 - Neon green gel food coloring
06 - Neon pink gel food coloring
07 - Classic blue gel food coloring

# Steps:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, mint extract, and powdered sugar. Blend using an electric hand or stand mixer for 3-4 minutes until the mixture is very crumbly.
02 - Knead the mixture by hand, shaping it into a round ball.
03 - Cut the ball into 4 equal parts. Place each portion into a small bowl. Add 3-4 dots of gel food coloring to three bowls (one green, one pink, one blue), leaving one portion white. Fold in the food coloring until fully blended.
04 - Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll 1 teaspoon-sized balls from each portion and place them on the sheet.
05 - Dip a fork in powdered sugar and press each ball halfway down to flatten.
06 - Allow the mints to rest at room temperature for 4-6 hours before serving.

# Tips:

01 - Ensure cream cheese is softened to room temperature for smoother mixing.
02 - If the mixture is too dry, add an additional tablespoon of cream cheese.
