# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 box Rotini pasta (approximately 3-4 cups)
02 - 1 lb ground beef
03 - 1 tbsp tomato paste
04 - 1 tbsp minced garlic
05 - 1/2 white onion, diced
06 - 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
07 - 1 tsp red pepper flakes
08 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream
09 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
10 - 4 cups beef broth
11 - 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
12 - Salt, to taste
13 - Black pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Fully cook ground beef in a large pot or skillet, then drain any excess oil to remove grease.
02 - Add Cajun seasoning, diced onion, and minced garlic to the ground beef. Cook for 5 minutes or until the onions become soft and translucent.
03 - Stir in red pepper flakes, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato paste until combined. This will give the beef a rich, dark red color.
04 - Pour the beef broth into the pot along with the Rotini pasta. Stir thoroughly to combine.
05 - Cover the pot with a lid and cook on medium heat for 15-18 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is soft and cooked through.
06 - Remove the lid and stir in heavy whipping cream and shredded cheddar cheese until fully melted and creamy.
07 - Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately and enjoy your creamy beef pasta.
