→ Chicken Marinade

09 - 800 g Chicken Breast, halved
10 - 1.5 tbsp Cajun Seasoning Mix
11 - 2 tsp Olive Oil
12 - 25 g Grass-Fed Butter, for cooking

→ Fluffy Cajun Rice

13 - 2 cups Uncooked long-grain rice or 4 cups cooked/day-old rice
14 - 1 Medium Red Onion, chopped
15 - 4-5 Garlic Cloves, chopped
16 - ½ tbsp Cajun Seasoning Mix
17 - Fresh Parsley, for garnish

→ Creamy Sauce

18 - 15 g Grass-Fed Butter
19 - ½ tbsp Cajun Seasoning Mix
20 - 250 ml Milk
21 - 150 g Light Cream Cheese
22 - 40 g Parmesan

# Steps:

01 - Coat chicken breast pieces with Cajun Seasoning Mix and olive oil. Refrigerate overnight in an airtight container.
02 - Heat butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook marinated chicken until golden and crispy. Let rest before slicing into strips.
03 - In the same pan, sauté red onion and garlic until fragrant. Add Cajun Seasoning Mix and the rice. Stir to coat evenly.
04 - Lower heat and melt butter in the pan. Add Cajun Seasoning Mix, then whisk in milk. Add cream cheese and Parmesan. Stir until smooth.
