Chicken Alfredo Tacos (Print Format)

Juicy chicken and creamy linguine pile into cheesy taco shells for an easy, family-friendly dinner.

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz linguine
02 - 15 oz jar Alfredo sauce
03 - 10 oz can Rotel, drained
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
05 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper
06 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
07 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
08 - 10 oz cooked chicken, chopped
09 - 9 taco shells (Cheesy Blasted Stand N Stuff)

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
02 - Cook the linguine according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
03 - In a pot over medium heat, pour in the Alfredo sauce and add the drained Rotel. Stir well.
04 - Add the cooked linguine to the pot and mix until all noodles are coated with sauce. Stir in the salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
05 - Add 1 cup of shredded mozzarella and the cooked chicken to the pot. Stir until the cheese is melted.
06 - Place the taco shells in a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Scoop the pasta mixture evenly into the taco shells.
07 - Sprinkle the remaining shredded mozzarella over the filled taco shells.
08 - Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
09 - Remove tacos from the oven and serve immediately.
