Coat chicken breast cubes with the flour and seasoning mixture.

Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and an internal temperature of 165°F is reached. Remove and set aside.

Add minced garlic, chicken broth, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Stir continuously until combined.

Stir in sun-dried tomatoes, red pepper flakes, oregano, and thyme. Simmer over medium-low heat.

Add the package of gnocchi to the skillet. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes or until tender.
