Set Crock-Pot® 6-Quart Express Crock Multi-Cooker to the Brown/Sauté setting.

Once hot, add bacon and cook until crisp, about 6 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.

Add onion to the pot and cook until soft, about 3–4 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 more minute.

Stir in bacon, potatoes, corn, vegetable broth, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Adjust pressure to high and twist the cover to lock. Set time for 10 minutes.

Once cooked, remove cover. Stir in heavy cream and flour until combined.

Ladle into serving bowls and top with fresh chives.
