08 - 1 can (28 oz) tomato sauce
09 - 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
10 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter
11 - 1 cup shredded mild cheddar
12 - 1 cup parmesan cheese
13 - 1 cup shredded colby jack cheese
14 - Chives, chopped (for garnish)
15 - Salt and pepper, to taste

→ Cowboy Butter Seasoning Blend

16 - 1 tbsp garlic powder
17 - 1 tbsp onion powder
18 - 1 tbsp dried parsley
19 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
20 - 1 tsp black pepper
21 - 1 tsp salt
22 - ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
23 - ½ tsp dried thyme
24 - ½ tsp dried rosemary
25 - ½ tsp cayenne powder (optional)

# Steps:

01 - In a large skillet or Dutch oven, cook the thick-cut bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon, crumble it, and set aside. In the same pan, add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
02 - Add the diced onion to the pan and cook until softened. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds. Mix in the cowboy butter seasoning blend and stir well.
03 - Pour in the fire-roasted diced tomatoes with their juices and the tomato sauce. Add Worcestershire sauce and butter, stirring until combined. Reduce the heat and stir in the heavy whipping cream. Let the mixture simmer for 5–7 minutes.
04 - Boil the spaghetti until just al dente and drain. Toss the spaghetti into the sauce, coating every strand. Stir in the shredded cheddar, parmesan, and colby jack cheeses until melted and creamy. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon on top. Optionally, transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle extra cheese on top, and bake at 375°F for 10 minutes until bubbly.
05 - Top with chopped chives for garnish and serve hot.

# Tips:

01 - For a spicier kick, increase the amount of cayenne or crushed red pepper flakes.
02 - This dish can be made ahead of time and reheated in the oven.
