Tender salmon and shrimp covered in creamy garlic butter sauce with Parmesan and fresh herbs.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb salmon fillet
02 - 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
03 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 cup heavy cream
06 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
07 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
08 - 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
09 - salt and pepper, to taste
10 - juice of 1 lemon
11 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

# Steps:

01 - Season salmon fillets and shrimp with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
02 - In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add salmon fillets, skin-side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
04 - Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside with the salmon.
05 - Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice.
06 - Return salmon and shrimp to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
07 - Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
