Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken (Print Format)

Succulent chicken cutlets enveloped in buttery garlic parmesan cream sauce—perfect for weeknight dinners.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 large boneless chicken breasts
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 2 tablespoons minced garlic
04 - 2 tablespoons butter
05 - 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
06 - 1 cup parmesan cheese
07 - ½ tablespoon onion powder
08 - ½ tablespoon garlic powder
09 - 1 teaspoon paprika
10 - Salt to taste
11 - Black pepper to taste

# Steps:

01 - Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally to form chicken cutlets. Season both sides of the chicken with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
02 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Place the chicken in the skillet and sear for 6-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Place the chicken on a plate and set it aside.
03 - In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add butter. Leave the seasoning from cooking the chicken in the skillet. Once the butter is melted, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds or until fragrant.
04 - Add heavy whipping cream and parmesan cheese to the skillet. Stir constantly until it comes to a simmer and all of the cheese has melted.
05 - Add the chicken cutlets back to the skillet and top with the garlic parmesan sauce. Serve warm and enjoy.

# Tips:

01 - Chicken breasts may be substituted with chicken tenderloins. Adjust cooking time accordingly.
