# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb Italian sausage
02 - 1 chopped onion
03 - 1 tbsp minced garlic
04 - 15 oz Rao's Alfredo sauce
05 - 15 oz Rao's Marinara sauce
06 - 19 oz frozen cheese tortellini
07 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
08 - 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
09 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
10 - Parsley flakes

# Steps:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add Italian sausage and chopped onion, cooking until the meat is browned. Drain the grease.
02 - Reduce heat to medium-low. Add minced garlic, Alfredo sauce, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir everything well to combine.
03 - Stir in the frozen cheese tortellini, ensuring it is well coated with the sauce. Cover with a lid and cook for a few minutes or until the tortellini is tender.
04 - Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and place in a 400°F oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese, or let it sit covered on the stove until the cheese is melted.
