One-Pan Creamy Meat Potato (Print Format)

Creamy meat and potatoes come together easily in one skillet for a filling, family-friendly dinner.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground meat (beef, turkey, chicken, or pork)
02 - 12 small potatoes, diced
03 - 1 can cream soup (cream of mushroom, chicken, or celery)
04 - 3/4 cup milk or substitute with water mixed with sour cream
05 - Salt to taste
06 - Pepper to taste

# Steps:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground meat and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain excess fat if necessary.
02 - Add the diced potatoes directly into the skillet with the browned meat. Stir occasionally and cook until the potatoes are tender (about 15–20 minutes). If needed, add a splash of water and cover the pan to help the potatoes cook faster.
03 - Once the potatoes are tender, stir in the cream soup and milk (or water and sour cream mixture). Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes until everything is heated through and creamy.
04 - Season with salt and pepper to taste. For extra flavor, sprinkle shredded cheese on top and let it melt before serving.
