# Ingredients:

2 tablespoons lime juice.

1 cup heavy cream.

⅛ teaspoon fine salt.

2 tablespoons buttermilk.
# Instructions:

In a jar or a bowl, stir buttermilk and heavy cream together.

Cover up and leave somewhere warm for 12 to 24 hours to settle.

Stir in salt and lime juice until blended nicely.

Refrigerate to culture for up to 24 hours.

Stays good in the fridge for 2 weeks.

Mix in chili powder if you like it spicy.
