02 - 1 cup (250g) full-fat or low-fat Greek yogurt
03 - 1-2 tablespoons almond or peanut butter
04 - 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup, depending on your taste

→ Extras to Mix In

05 - Pinch of sea salt
06 - A small splash of your favorite milk
07 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla for flavor
08 - 1 tablespoon of chia seeds for texture
09 - 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder, if you want chocolatey flair

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together the yogurt, nut butter, and protein powder in a mixing bowl.
02 - Add in extras like vanilla or cocoa powder, if you're using them.
03 - Add milk little by little if the mixture seems too thick. You can sprinkle in chia seeds now too.
