# Ingredients:

→ Pasta

01 - 12 oz fettuccine, linguine, or spaghetti

→ Seafood

02 - 2 lobster tails (about 1 cup cooked meat)

→ Fats and Oils

03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter

→ Aromatics

04 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
05 - 1 small shallot, finely chopped

→ Sauce Components

06 - 1 cup canned crushed tomatoes
07 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
08 - 1/4 cup chicken or seafood broth
09 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
10 - 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

→ Seasonings

11 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
12 - Salt, to taste
13 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Garnish

14 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil or parsley

# Steps:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Cook pasta until al dente according to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
02 - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Split lobster tails, remove the meat, chop into bite-sized pieces, and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes until just opaque. Remove lobster from skillet and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil or butter. Sauté minced garlic and chopped shallot over medium-low heat for 2 to 3 minutes until fragrant and soft. Stir in crushed tomatoes, broth, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes to develop flavors. Reduce heat and add heavy cream, grated Parmesan, and lemon juice. Simmer 2 to 3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly to a velvety consistency.
04 - Add drained pasta into the skillet with sauce. Toss gently to coat evenly, adding reserved pasta water if needed to loosen sauce. Fold in cooked lobster and heat through for 1 to 2 minutes.
05 - Plate the pasta, garnish with fresh chopped basil or parsley and an extra sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately while hot.

# Tips:

01 - Do not overcook lobster; cook just until opaque to maintain tenderness.
02 - Use reserved pasta water to adjust sauce consistency for a silky texture.
03 - Fresh herbs brighten flavor and add appealing color.
04 - Lemon juice balances the richness of the cream for a fresh finish.
