→ Main Ingredients

01 - 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
02 - 1 package (8 oz) Pillsbury Crescent Rolls, refrigerated
03 - 2 tablespoons melted butter
04 - 1 onion, chopped really fine
05 - 1 lb ground beef
06 - ¼ cup fresh parmesan, grated
07 - 1 cup of marinara sauce
08 - ½ cup sour cream

# Instructions:

01 - Throw your beef and diced onion into a pan and cook them together until browned. Drain the fat once done.
02 - Add marinara to the browned beef and stir it all up. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Done!
03 - Take your sour cream and shredded mozzarella and stir them until it looks smooth and blended.
04 - Spoon the beef mixture into a 2 1/2-quart baking dish first. Spread your cheese mix evenly right on top of the meat layer.
05 - Stretch out the crescent roll sheet and neatly cover the cheese mix, making sure to tuck it to fit perfectly.
06 - Mix parmesan with the warm melted butter and brush it over the top of the crescent rolls to coat them nicely.
07 - Pop it in a 375°F oven for 20-25 minutes. You'll know it's ready when the top turns golden and crispy, and the insides are bubbly.
08 - After pulling it from the oven, give it a few minutes to rest. Then cut into slices and enjoy!
