Easy Taco Ring (Print Format)

A flaky crescent dough ring loaded with beef, cheese, and spices—great to dip and share at your next event.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
02 - Salsa for dipping.
03 - Chopped lettuce.
04 - 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
05 - 2 packs of crescent dough rolls, refrigerated.
06 - 1 pound of ground beef.
07 - 1 packet of taco spices.
08 - Guacamole for topping.

# Steps:

01 - Warm skillet with oil, then brown beef with taco spices mixed in.
02 - Overlap crescent triangles in a ring shape on the baking sheet, leaving a hole about 6 inches wide in the middle.
03 - Place the cooked beef close to the center of the dough ring. Sprinkle cheese over it.
04 - Pull the triangle tips up and fold over the beef, tucking ends underneath securely.
05 - Put in the oven at 375°F and bake for 20–25 minutes until the dough is nicely browned.
06 - Wait 5 minutes for cooling. Place guacamole and salsa in bowls in the center. Top with lettuce for garnish.
