Easy Chocolate Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/4 cups white sugar.
02 - 1/2 cup packed brown sugar.
03 - 2 teaspoons plus 1/2 of baking powder.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt.
05 - 2 1/4 cups plain all-purpose flour.
06 - 4 large eggs.
07 - 1 full cup of unsweetened, Dutch-style cocoa powder.
08 - 1/2 cup canola or vegetable oil.
09 - 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring.
10 - 2/3 cup powdered sugar for coating.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on the oven to 350°F and get your baking sheet ready with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
02 - In a small bowl, mix together salt, baking powder, and flour.
03 - Stir together cocoa, sugar, and oil in a medium bowl. Add eggs one by one while stirring. Lastly, mix in vanilla.
04 - Gradually add the dry mix into the wet one, stirring until everything looks blended.
05 - Put the dough in the fridge and let it chill for about 30 to 45 minutes with a cover.
06 - Shape dough into balls (about 1 1/4 inches each) and coat generously with powdered sugar.
07 - Arrange cookies 2 to 2 1/2 inches apart and bake for 10 to 11 minutes.
08 - Let the cookies sit on the baking sheet for two minutes, then move them to cooling racks.
