Crispy Pork Belly Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Cut pork belly into 1-inch chunks, 1½ pounds, and pat off any moisture.
02 - 3 tablespoons of canola oil.
03 - 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
04 - 1 teaspoon of kosher salt.
05 - 1 tablespoon of brown sugar.
06 - 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your air fryer and set it to 400°F so it’s ready to use.
02 - In a bowl, combine oil, sugar, and the listed seasonings. Coat meat pieces evenly.
03 - Lay pork pieces in basket in a single layer. Do this in sections if needed.
04 - Cook in air fryer for 18-20 minutes. Shake basket a few times to crisp evenly.

# Notes:

01 - Dry your pork for a better result.
02 - If there's too much to fit, split it into smaller portions.
03 - You can also bake this in the oven if preferred.
