# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup mozzarella, shredded.
02 - 1 cup cheddar, shredded.
03 - ½ cup breadcrumbs (panko is best).
04 - ½ cup plain flour.
05 - 2 eggs, large.
06 - ¼ tsp paprika.
07 - ¼ tsp garlic powder.
08 - ¼ tsp onion powder.
09 - Pinch of salt and black pepper.
10 - Oil (vegetable or canola) for frying.
11 - Optional: ranch or marinara for dipping.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine mozzarella with cheddar.
02 - Put the cheese mixture in the fridge for 15 minutes.
03 - Stir the seasonings into the flour.
04 - Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl.
05 - Pour breadcrumbs into another small bowl.
06 - Roll the cheese into small 1-inch balls.
07 - Toss the cheese balls in the flour mix.
08 - Submerge balls into the whisked eggs.
09 - Cover the cheese balls with breadcrumbs.
10 - Warm the oil to 350°F in a large skillet.
11 - Cook the cheese balls in hot oil for 2 to 3 minutes in small batches.
12 - Let them drain on paper towels.
13 - Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
