04 - 1 packet taco seasoning
05 - 1 can corn, drained
06 - 1 can black beans, rinsed

08 - 1 can cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)
09 - 1 cup salsa

10 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
11 - 1 large bag Nacho Cheese Doritos

# Steps:

01 - Set oven temperature to 350°F (180°C).
02 - In a skillet, brown the ground beef. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; cook until softened. Drain excess fat, then stir in taco seasoning and salsa. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, drained corn, and rinsed black beans. Mix thoroughly until uniform.
04 - In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of crushed Doritos. Add half of the beef mixture, then half of the creamy mixture. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese. Repeat layers, finishing with cheese and several crushed Doritos on top.
05 - Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly. Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing to maintain texture.
