Crispy Parmesan Ravioli (Print Format)

Golden-brown ravioli coated in seasoned crumbs, fried till crisp. A fun snack option with marinara on the side.

# Ingredients:

01 - 20 oz of chilled cheese ravioli.
02 - A pair of eggs.
03 - 1/3 cup of milk.
04 - 2 cups of seasoned breadcrumbs.
05 - Some oil for frying.
06 - Grated parmesan cheese, about 1/4 cup.
07 - 1 tbsp of fresh parsley, chopped.
08 - Warm marinara for dipping.

# Steps:

01 - Get a baking sheet and cover it with parchment paper.
02 - In a small bowl, mix the eggs and milk until it's smooth.
03 - Coat each ravioli in the egg mixture first, then press it into the breadcrumbs. Put them on the prepped baking sheet.
04 - Fill a deep pot with about 3 inches of oil and warm it to 350°F.
05 - Fry 6-8 ravioli for 3-4 minutes till the color turns golden.
06 - Sprinkle with parsley and parmesan, and serve with marinara on the side.

# Tips:

01 - Frozen ravioli works great if you let it thaw.
02 - It's tastiest while still hot and crunchy.
03 - Don’t fry too many at once, or they won’t cook evenly.
