Get a baking sheet and cover it with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix the eggs and milk until it's smooth.

Coat each ravioli in the egg mixture first, then press it into the breadcrumbs. Put them on the prepped baking sheet.

Fill a deep pot with about 3 inches of oil and warm it to 350°F.

Fry 6-8 ravioli for 3-4 minutes till the color turns golden.

Sprinkle with parsley and parmesan, and serve with marinara on the side.
