# Ingredients:

01 - 2 large eggs.
02 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
03 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
04 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour.
05 - 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
06 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
07 - 1/4 cup milk.
08 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
10 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
11 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
12 - 1 cup plain bread crumbs.

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F. Spread olive oil on a baking dish to keep stuff from sticking.
02 - In one dish, combine bread crumbs, half the Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
03 - In another dish, stir together the eggs and milk until blended.
04 - Pour flour into a third dish so it’s ready for coating.
05 - Take your chicken pieces and roll them in the flour till covered.
06 - Next, dunk the flour-coated chicken into the egg and milk mix.
07 - Press the bread crumb mixture onto the chicken until it sticks nicely.
08 - Warm olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until browned.
09 - Place the cooked chicken into the baking dish you prepped earlier.
10 - Combine the garlic with the rest of the Parmesan and mozzarella in a small bowl.
11 - Sprinkle the cheesy mixture over the chicken evenly.
12 - Pop the dish in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked and the cheese melts perfectly.
