# Ingredients:

01 - 4 chicken breasts, no bones.
02 - 1/2 cup plain flour.
03 - 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
04 - 2 tablespoons oil, your choice.
05 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
06 - 1 teaspoon seasoning blend (Italian).
07 - 2 big eggs.
08 - 1/4 cup milk, any kind.
09 - 2 pressed garlic cloves.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
11 - 1 cup breadcrumbs, seasoned.
12 - 1 cup Parmesan cheese, split in half.

# Steps:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F. Whisk together eggs and milk in one bowl. Combine breadcrumbs, half of the Parmesan, and seasonings in another.
