Fold square wrappers diagonally to create rectangles. Cover them with a moist towel to keep soft.

Combine the pork, sliced cabbage, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, bouillon, eggs, and pepper in a bowl.

Lay the wrapper so the short side is closest to you. Spoon a generous teaspoon of the filling onto the bottom edge.

Start rolling tightly while leaving a couple of inches near the top. Brush water on the edge to close and finish wrapping.

Pour about 1/2 inch of oil into your frying pan and set the heat to medium-high.

Fry the lumpia rolls for around 3-5 minutes, or until they're golden and crispy.
