Crispy Pork Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds ground pork.
02 - 25 lumpia wrappers, one full pack.
03 - 6 ounces cabbage, shredded thinly.
04 - 3 tablespoons soy sauce.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
06 - 5 minced garlic cloves.
07 - 1-inch piece of ginger, minced.
08 - 2 beaten eggs.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder, optional.
10 - Oil for frying.

# Instructions:

01 - Fold square wrappers diagonally to create rectangles. Cover them with a moist towel to keep soft.
02 - Combine the pork, sliced cabbage, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, bouillon, eggs, and pepper in a bowl.
03 - Lay the wrapper so the short side is closest to you. Spoon a generous teaspoon of the filling onto the bottom edge.
04 - Start rolling tightly while leaving a couple of inches near the top. Brush water on the edge to close and finish wrapping.
05 - Pour about 1/2 inch of oil into your frying pan and set the heat to medium-high.
06 - Fry the lumpia rolls for around 3-5 minutes, or until they're golden and crispy.
07 - Enjoy them warm alongside a sweet and sour dip.

# Notes:

01 - Cook in an air fryer at 400°F for about 7-9 minutes.
02 - Freeze any uncooked ones for later.
03 - Use a beaten egg mixture if water isn't sticking the wrapper.
04 - Work fast and cover wrappers to stop them from drying out.
