# Ingredients:

→ Cinnamon Roll Dough

01 - 2 cans of store-bought cinnamon rolls (e.g., Pillsbury)

→ Cream Mixture

02 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream
03 - 1 large egg
04 - 3 tablespoons brown sugar
05 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
06 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

→ Apple Mixture

07 - 4 large apples (2 Honeycrisp and 2 Granny Smith)
08 - 1/4 cup melted butter
09 - 1/3 cup brown sugar
10 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

→ Cream Cheese Frosting

11 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened
12 - 4 tablespoons butter, softened
13 - 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
14 - 2-3 tablespoons milk
15 - 1/2-1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

# Steps:

01 - Spray the interior of the slow cooker with non-stick spray to prevent sticking.
02 - In a bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Heat in the microwave, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves (about 1 minute). Peel and dice apples into 1-inch pieces. Toss apples with the brown sugar mixture until evenly coated.
03 - Whisk together softened cream cheese, softened butter, powdered sugar, milk, and ground cinnamon until smooth. Set aside.
04 - In a medium bowl, whisk together heavy cream, egg, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth. Cut each cinnamon roll into four pieces. Place half of the cinnamon roll pieces along the bottom of the slow cooker. Layer half the apple mixture over the top. Drizzle half of the cream mixture over the top. Repeat layering with the remaining cinnamon roll pieces, apple mixture, and cream mixture.
05 - Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 2 to 2.5 hours, or until the cinnamon rolls are fully cooked. Stir every 45 minutes if using a small slow cooker to ensure consistent cooking.
06 - Drizzle the cooked cinnamon rolls with remaining cream cheese frosting. Serve warm by scooping individual portions into bowls.

# Tips:

01 - Cooking times may vary depending on the size of your slow cooker. Larger slow cookers tend to cook faster since the cinnamon rolls spread out more evenly. Smaller slow cookers may require occasional stirring for even cooking.
