# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb chicken breast
02 - 1/2 tsp salt
03 - 1/2 tsp pepper
04 - 1/2 tsp oregano
05 - 1/2 tsp thyme
06 - 1 tsp onion powder
07 - 1 tsp garlic powder
08 - 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
09 - 1 tbsp minced garlic
10 - 1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped
11 - 1/2 cup chicken broth
12 - 8 slices bacon
13 - 8 oz cream cheese block
14 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
15 - Brioche buns (with mayo or butter for toasting)

# Steps:

01 - Spray a crockpot with cooking spray and add the chicken. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Add the minced garlic, chopped sun dried tomatoes, and chicken broth. Stir to ensure the garlic and tomatoes are mixed into the broth.
02 - Cook the chicken on low for 4-6 hours until fully cooked.
03 - Shred the cooked chicken. Add the block of cream cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese to the crockpot. Let it continue to cook on low until the cream cheese is melted, then stir everything together until well combined.
04 - Cook the bacon until crispy while the cream cheese melts in the crockpot.
05 - Toast the brioche buns with butter or mayo. Build sandwiches using the chicken mixture and top with crispy bacon. Serve and enjoy.

# Tips:

01 - Ensure sun dried tomatoes are submerged in the chicken broth to prevent burning during cooking.
