# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 lbs sirloin steak, cubed
02 - 4 large potatoes, diced
03 - 1 medium onion, diced
04 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
05 - 1/2 cup beef broth
06 - 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Pepper, to taste
09 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
10 - 1 teaspoon paprika

# Steps:

01 - Cube the sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces and dice the potatoes and onion. Alternatively, use pre-cubed beef and pre-diced onions for convenience.
02 - Layer the cubed steak, diced potatoes, and onion in your crockpot, starting with the steak to create a solid base.
03 - Generously season the layers with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to enhance the flavor.
04 - In a bowl, whisk together the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Pour it evenly over the ingredients in the crockpot.
05 - Cover the crockpot and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours until the steak is fork-tender and the potatoes are soft.
06 - About 10 to 15 minutes before serving, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top and re-cover the crockpot to let the cheese melt.
07 - Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley or sliced green onions if desired.

# Tips:

01 - Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3–4 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven.
