Crunch Wrap Supreme Taco Style (Print Format)

Golden tortillas filled with seasoned beef, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and a crispy tostada layer.

# Ingredients:

→ Meat

01 - 1 pound lean ground beef
02 - 1/2 cup minced onion
03 - 2 cloves minced garlic
04 - 2 tablespoons taco seasoning or 1 packet
05 - 1/4 cup water

→ Wrap

06 - 12 burrito-size flour tortillas
07 - 6 tostada shells
08 - 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
09 - 1 cup sour cream
10 - 2 cups shredded lettuce
11 - 1 cup diced tomatoes
12 - 2 cups grated Mexican cheese blend

→ Optional Serving

13 - Salsa
14 - Pico de gallo
15 - Cilantro

# Steps:

01 - Cook ground beef and onions in a large skillet over medium-high heat until no pink remains. Drain and return to pan. Add garlic, taco seasoning, and water, and cook for 4-5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
02 - Heat tortillas in the microwave for 10-20 seconds to soften and make folding easier. Heat nacho cheese sauce according to the jar's directions. Lay 1 tostada in the center of a flour tortilla and cut out a circle. Repeat with 5 more tortillas and set aside.
03 - Lay a flour tortilla flat and begin building the wrap by layering taco meat, nacho cheese, and a tostada. Cover with sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, and shredded cheese. Place the small tortilla circle on top and fold up the edges of the large tortilla.
04 - Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and heat to medium. Place the wrap seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown. Flip the wrap over and continue cooking until golden brown. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
05 - Serve immediately with toppings of your choice. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.

# Tips:

01 - Instead of cutting out a tortilla circle, you can use small pieces of an extra tortilla for wrapping.
