01 -
Cook ground beef and onions in a large skillet over medium-high heat until no pink remains. Drain and return to pan. Add garlic, taco seasoning, and water. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
02 -
Heat tortillas in the microwave for 10-20 seconds to soften and make folding easier. Heat nacho cheese sauce according to the jar's directions. Lay 1 tostada in the center of a tortilla and cut a matching circle. Repeat for 5 more tortillas and set aside.
03 -
Place a large tortilla flat and begin building the wrap: start with taco meat, add nacho cheese, then top with a tostada. Spread a layer of sour cream, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese. Place a smaller tortilla (cut-out circle) on top. Fold up the edges to seal.
04 -
Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and heat to medium. Place the wrap seam side down and cook for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown. Flip and repeat on the other side. Continue for remaining wraps.
05 -
Serve immediately with optional toppings such as salsa, pico de gallo, or cilantro. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
