Delta Bay Shrimp Wing Plate (Print Format)

Shrimp, chicken wings, and egg roll served over flavorful fried rice with veggies and sweet chili sauce.

# Ingredients:

01 - 10 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
02 - 2 cups cooked rice, day-old preferred
03 - ½ cup mixed diced vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
04 - 2 eggs, lightly beaten
05 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
06 - 1 tbsp oyster sauce
07 - ½ tsp black pepper
08 - 2 green onions, chopped
09 - 1 tbsp oil for stir-frying

10 - 1 cup seasoned fried chicken wings (about 4–5 pieces)
11 - 1 egg roll, fried
12 - 1 packet sweet chili sauce

# Steps:

01 - Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
02 - Add shrimp, season with black pepper, and sauté until pink and cooked through; remove and set aside.
03 - In the same pan, scramble the eggs until nearly set.
04 - Add vegetables and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
05 - Add the rice, soy sauce, and oyster sauce; toss until evenly coated and heated through.
06 - Return shrimp to the pan, mix well, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
07 - Serve the fried rice on a plate surrounded by crispy fried chicken wings and a golden egg roll.
08 - Garnish with more green onions and serve with a packet of sweet chili sauce on the side.
