# Ingredients:

01 - 2 slices bacon
02 - 2 slices of bread
03 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
04 - 4 slices dill pickles
05 - 2 slices Swiss cheese
06 - 2 slices cheddar cheese

# Steps:

01 - Cook the bacon using your preferred method. Drain the bacon on a paper towel.
02 - Butter each slice of bread on one side only with butter or mayonnaise if using.
03 - Place the bread butter-side down on a hot skillet. Top with the cheddar cheese slices, bacon, dill pickle slices, and Swiss cheese. Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
