Easter Oreo Cups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Pudding Mixture

01 - 1 small box (3.9 oz.) vanilla flavor instant pudding
02 - 2 cups of chilled milk
03 - 1 tub (8 oz.) of Cool Whip, thawed
04 - Food dye in shades like pink and purple

→ For the Dirt and Decorations

05 - 1 package of crushed Oreo cookies (remove cream filling before crushing)
06 - Shredded coconut
07 - Mini candy eggs (like chocolate-coated ones)
08 - Peeps marshmallows (chicks or bunnies)
09 - More food coloring for the coconut

# Instructions:

01 - Use a medium-sized bowl to whisk the pudding mix and cold milk together for 2 minutes. Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes until it thickens a bit.
02 - Split the pudding equally between two bowls. Add purple food coloring to one and pink to the other (or use any colors you like). Stir the mixtures until you've got the shade you want.
03 - Carefully fold the thawed Cool Whip into each pudding bowl. Keep mixing gently till you’ve got a fluffy texture, almost like mousse.
04 - Spoon some crushed Oreo crumbs to cover the bottom of your mason jars or clear cups. Next, add a layer of one pudding color.
05 - Add another layer of Oreos, then go with the other pudding color. Repeat until your cup is full. Top it off with one last layer of Oreo crumbs.
06 - Place the assembled jars in the fridge for an hour or more. This will help the flavors come together and make sure your pudding sets nicely.
07 - Put the shredded coconut into a sealable container. Add a little green food dye and a drop of water. Shake the container really well until the coconut looks evenly green, like grass.
08 - When you're ready to dig in, sprinkle the green coconut on top of the dirt cups. Arrange Peeps and candy eggs on the grass for a fun spring-like look.

# Notes:

01 - Make these up to a day ahead (decorate before serving)
02 - Use mason jars or see-through plastic cups for displaying layers
03 - If you're short on time, stick to just one pudding color
04 - Ideal for Easter events or springtime celebrations
