In a large pot, cook the bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.

Leave about 1 teaspoon of the bacon grease in the pot. Cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until browned. Drain the excess grease.

Stir in the garlic, Kinders Caramelized Onion Burger Seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add the tomato paste and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Stir in the dill pickle relish, mustard, and tomato sauce.

Add the uncooked rice and beef broth. Stir to combine. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.

Remove from heat. Stir in 1 cup of cheese and the reserved bacon. Sprinkle the top with the remaining cheese, cover, and let sit for 3-5 minutes until melted and gooey.
