# Ingredients:

01 - 6-8 slices of bacon, chopped
02 - 1 pound ground beef
03 - 1 small onion, diced
04 - 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
05 - 1 tablespoon Kinders Caramelized Onion Burger Seasoning or your preferred burger seasoning
06 - 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
07 - 1 tablespoon tomato paste
08 - 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
09 - 1 teaspoon yellow or Dijon mustard
10 - 8 ounces canned tomato sauce
11 - 1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice (e.g., jasmine rice)
12 - 2 1/4 cups beef broth
13 - 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese or your preferred burger cheese

# Steps:

01 - In a large pot, cook the bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
02 - Leave about 1 teaspoon of the bacon grease in the pot. Cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until browned. Drain the excess grease.
03 - Stir in the garlic, Kinders Caramelized Onion Burger Seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
04 - Add the tomato paste and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
05 - Stir in the dill pickle relish, mustard, and tomato sauce.
06 - Add the uncooked rice and beef broth. Stir to combine. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
07 - Remove from heat. Stir in 1 cup of cheese and the reserved bacon. Sprinkle the top with the remaining cheese, cover, and let sit for 3-5 minutes until melted and gooey.
08 - Serve hot and enjoy!

03 - Enhance with mushrooms or bell peppers as extras.
04 - Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days or frozen in portions for up to 2 months.
05 - Reheat with a splash of broth or water for better consistency.
