Easy Banana Crumb Cake (Print Format)

01 - 4 ripe bananas
02 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
03 - 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
04 - 1/4 cup chopped pecans
05 - 12 ounces Krusteaz Cinnamon Swirl Crumb Cake and Muffin Mix
06 - 1 stick salted butter, melted

07 - 1-2 tablespoons caramel sauce
08 - Whipped cream

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F.
02 - In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork or potato masher, leaving a few chunks for texture. Avoid pureeing the bananas.
03 - Stir in the vanilla extract and sweetened condensed milk. Mix well and transfer the mixture to a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
04 - Sprinkle the chopped pecans evenly on top of the banana mixture. Follow by sprinkling the crumb cake mix evenly over the surface. Then, take the brown sugar packet from the crumb cake mix and sprinkle it on top as well.
05 - Pour the melted butter evenly over the cake mixture, ensuring all the dry cake mix is moistened to prevent dry spots during baking.
06 - Place the dish on the center rack of the preheated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
07 - Allow the cake to cool slightly. Drizzle caramel sauce on top if desired and serve warm with whipped cream if preferred.
