Easy Beef Burritos Mexican (Print Format)

Savory beef, refried beans, cheese, and fresh toppings rolled in soft tortillas for a speedy crowd-pleaser.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 can refried beans
02 - 1 pound ground beef, browned
03 - 1 package taco seasoning
04 - 8 flour tortillas
05 - 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
06 - sour cream, optional
07 - chopped cilantro, optional
08 - diced tomatoes, optional

# Steps:

01 - Cook ground beef and add a package of taco seasoning as per package directions. If pre-cooked, this step takes approximately 5 minutes.
02 - Lay tortillas out flat, using as many as needed based on servings.
03 - Open the can of refried beans and spread evenly along the edges of each tortilla.
04 - Spoon the prepared ground beef over the beans and sprinkle with plenty of grated cheese. Suggested cheeses include cheddar, pepper jack, or Monterey jack.
05 - Tuck the edges of each tortilla over and roll them into burritos.
06 - Place burritos seam-side down on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave for 1 minute or until the cheese is melted and the burritos are heated through.
07 - Garnish with sour cream, cilantro, and diced tomatoes as desired. Serve immediately.
