Cook ground beef and add a package of taco seasoning as per package directions. If pre-cooked, this step takes approximately 5 minutes.

Lay tortillas out flat, using as many as needed based on servings.

Open the can of refried beans and spread evenly along the edges of each tortilla.

Spoon the prepared ground beef over the beans and sprinkle with plenty of grated cheese. Suggested cheeses include cheddar, pepper jack, or Monterey jack.

Tuck the edges of each tortilla over and roll them into burritos.

Place burritos seam-side down on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave for 1 minute or until the cheese is melted and the burritos are heated through.

Garnish with sour cream, cilantro, and diced tomatoes as desired. Serve immediately.
