# Ingredients:

01 - 2 lbs cooked ham, diced
02 - 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks in juice, drained (reserve juice)
03 - 3/4 cup brown sugar
04 - 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
05 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
06 - 1/4 cup reserved pineapple juice
07 - 1/4 tsp ground cloves (optional)
08 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
02 - Whisk together brown sugar, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, reserved pineapple juice, and ground cloves, if using, until smooth.
03 - Add diced ham and pineapple chunks to the prepared baking dish.
04 - Pour the glaze over the ham mixture and toss to coat evenly.
